Anchoring the redesign will be a full-service, 150,000-square-foot Target. In addition to this, the remaining 140,000 square feet of retail space will be completely remodeled. Plans for this $250 million project include a 40,000 square foot state-of-the-art theater, a 150-room hotel, and 275 luxury apartments. Additional commercial lots will offer new restaurants, bringing new life to this established shopping district.
